Rio I

Clara Nunes’ unmistakeable voice blast through my headset while painting this imagery. For a fleeting moment, I’m transported to the far country of Brazil where millions of people participate in the festivities. The energy of it is palpable. I’ve always adored dance, but I’ve yet to learn my first samba steps. Not a readily available option in a little country town, but I despair not, the future holds great things for us.
